The expansive hotel is beautifully integrated into the forest. Reaching the room can be cumbersome due to buggy delays, and the breakfast menu could use more variety. Still, the staff's attentiveness made the experience nice overall.

great amenities, but service inconsistencies
The overall hospitality was excellent, especially with Sahil from In Room Dining who was always accommodating. Our villa was not only impeccably clean but also provided fine views of the surrounding nature. The children's menu was excellent. My kids loved the fresh, high-quality food that was both delicious and healthy.

The villa rooms are set amongst beautiful foliage, with a great atmosphere for families. The infinity pool is a standout feature, but service at the dining options can be slow, especially during peak times. It's a good stay if you seek relaxation and outdoor activities, but be prepared for some restaurant seating shortages.

The hotel is a fine sanctuary, boasting a temperature-controlled pool and beautifully designed rooms seamlessly nestled within the forest. Really good service, particularly from Niraj was great, though dinner service was slightly slower than expected. The on-site dining provided a delicious variety of options. The Veg Gyoza was particularly noteworthy. Families will appreciate the myriad of activities available for kids, ensuring that all ages are entertained. A pleasant snack box at check-out was a good touch.
